If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us within thirty days of receiving your order and we will correct the situation, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future Noble Soundlab orders.

- If you're not satisfied, simply contact us.
- All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will process your request within 5 business days after we’ve received the item(s) in question.
- Returned materials must be received by Noble Soundlab in the undamaged, unmarred condition they were originally received by you.

- If you want to exchange the product you ordered, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 30 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original item, will be credited to your new Noble Soundlab order. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order will be either:
(1) issued in full upon shipment of your new order, or...
(2) be due prior to shipment of your new order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or credit any money charged by third parties. We can only refund credit and money to the party that placed the original order.
- If you paid for your original order by check, Noble Soundlab will mail a check for the applicable amount to your billing address.
