Noble began designing the :RED by taking the achievements of the Cyprium and reapplying the successes. With this solid foundation, and a few changes in configuration and structure, the :RED project resulted in an interconnect that truly provides nothing short of immaculate performance!

Through our solderless joining method, oxygen is completely excluded from the conductor, and impedance will not drop. No oxygen translates into a cable built to last a lifetime; and with no impedance bumps, from the point of entry to the point of exit, your signal remains at a constant 75 Ohms. The :Red's center conductor is 99.9999% pure stranded, oxygen-free copper. It is slightly slimmer than other audiophile grade interconnects, and this reduced size allows signal to travel free of capacitance delay. Less delay translates to music with proper synchronization. You can hear the difference timing makes.

The center conductor is surrounded by a signal guarding premium polyethylene dielectric. Outside interference is significantly eliminated with polyethylene, however, to completely safeguard signal and prevent alteration, the dielectric itself needs shielding. For this, as with the Cypriums, we use the industry's finest method -- braided copper shielding. Noble increased the thickness of each strand in the single protective inner braid until an equal amount of copper to that of a double shield is used. This allows for a tighter outer wrap and ultimately, an incredibly shielded, considerably thinner, and remarkably flexible cable.
